Paralegal Administrative Support for Veterans

As a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and certified paralegal, I provide administrative and document-support services to help fellow veterans stay organized and confidently navigate their paperwork. I do not offer legal advice, legal representation, or case strategy. My role is to give you the administrative support you need to handle your own legal and benefits matters with clarity and confidence.

I assist veterans with gathering, organizing, and preparing documents; typing out statements and forms based on your direct instructions; helping you locate and download the files you need; and guiding you through publicly available information so you know what steps an agency requires. I can help you request service records, organize medical documents, complete government forms with the information you provide, and prepare personal statements in your own words. My goal is to make the paperwork process easier so you can focus on your life, your wellbeing, and your next steps.

I do not tell you what to file, what to say, or what options you should choose. I do not prepare legal arguments or communicate with the VA or any agency on your behalf. My support is strictly administrative and informational, and you remain in control of every decision you make.

Through Kinfolk Assembly for Veterans, I provide veterans with paralegal administrative support and legal assistance while helping them access appropriate legal resources. When legal representation is required beyond the scope of paralegal services, the veteran independently retains the attorney thrrough Kinfolk Assembly's affiliate attorney network, and—when available—I help connect the veteran with qualified attorneys who may offer services at a discounted or reduced rate. I then serve as a legal aid and administrative liaison between the veteran and the attorney, assisting with documentation, organization, communication support, and case preparation as permitted. This collaborative approach helps ensure veterans receive ethical, affordable, and effective legal services while remaining informed, empowered, and actively engaged throughout the legal process.
